The Progresso Master Spiral Machine has the greatest combination for technical solutions. It has been designed for intensive use in the elaboration of soft and hard dougth; it doesn`t need a cylinder and it allows the mixer to be done in a very short working time.
It is made of strong steel structure, with two independent engines; it has a two-speed spiral fork engine and an one-speed bowl engine; it's transmission is made through belts, what assures reliability, and, last, but not least, it works very silently and requires very little maintenance.
