The automatic Grupo GA is a machine for the production of several kinds of shaper bread, like French bread, hot dog, baguettes, mini
baguettes, ciabattas (Italian bread), loaves, etc...
In order to achieve good results and a better use of the recipe of the dough, that includes aspects like the temperature of the dough, percentage of humidity, gluten at veil stage, the addition or not of improvers and other factors related to the making of it.
The dough must be put in the machine through the feeding belt, where a block of dough of at most 25 kg is put on. The belt will automatically feed the rolling mill, enabling you to control the thickness of the lamination
Then, there is the rotatory divider that is made up of 5 sets of cutting dividers, 1-2-3-5-7 interchangeable ways, that cut the laminated dough into equal parts of the same weight. The correct control of the thickness of the lamination, of the cutting divider, and of the cutting speed will determine the wanted weight of the product.
After the division, the pieces of dough are led through a belt to the shaper where they are shaped. Next, there is an outing belt and a lengthener with double regulating control for a perfect finishing of the shaped bread.
The set made of the feeding belt, rolling mill and the rotatory divider has a variable yield speed, which allows you to determine the wanted pace of the production.
For high productions, as an optional item, we have a distribution belt, 2,7m long, that allows 4 people to work at the same time placing bread on trays or baking pans.
