MAINTENANCE OF THE GUIDES
PINS Once a week the guide pins must be slightly lubricated with singer oil
or any similar.
Don`t use cooking oil, the wheat dust may adhere to the oil making a paste,
what will make the machine operation impossible and may even cause some damage
to it within few weeks of use.
CLEANING OF THE MACHINE For a better use of your Progresso Table Dividing Machine, it`s recommendable
that the inner part of the dough dividing block be cleaned from time to
time or, whenever there are dough wastes accumulated in its interior.
THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION
MUST BE FOLLOWED:

Lift the
compressing lever to the end of its course and remove the tray from
the machine;

Move both
guide pin grips so that they fit the pin cavities;
3
Lower
the cutting lever to the end of its course and keep it in this position
until you start to lower the compressing lever;
4
Lower
the compressing lever to the end of its course;
5
Check
if the dividing head is free for the cleanliness;
6
To have
the machine back in its operating mode, lift the compressing lever to
the end of its course and release the guide pins through their grips.
