This is fully mechanical equipment, made with renowned quality material. In spite of being relatively simple, this equipment is nowadays indispensable to modern bakery.

It gets variable amount of dough, squeezing and cutting the dough block in equal units of same weight, with a capacity of 15 g. to a maximum of 600g. each unit.

Easily operated, this machine will provide you with rapidity and economy in your production. As it`s not necessary to use oil for cutting the dough and the cutting block is located in the upper part of the machine, it avoids the accumulation of wastes in its interior, what makes PROGRESSO TABLE DIVIDING MACHINE a very hygienic machine.

 

It`s installation is very easy: it can be fixed on a working table or on a support table with spinning casters and optional brakes. It includes a stainless steel tray.
